Originating from the love of good burgers, sport and beers, Varsity Bar is a local staple. Inspired by the American college ‘frat-style’ bar, Varsity soon became the ultimate uni student hangout serving up great food and drinks in a fun atmosphere.
Dishing out American-style bar food including cheeseburgers, chilli cheese fries and hot wings, plus, a huge range of icy beers and ciders on taps (helped out by us) Varsity has won the title to the ‘Best Sports Entertainment Venue’ in WA for three years in a row.
What was the client’s issue that needed fixing?
The Varsity group needed an installations and maintenance team that could continue to support them as they grow their portfolio of locations. Each venue required a draught system capable of dispensing large volumes of beer whilst minimising running costs and beer wastage.
What was the nature of your solution?
We set all Varsity Bars’ venues up with our industry-leading beer pump dispensing systems. We incorporated beer pumps, fob detectors, glycol system, and matte black flanged T fonts to suit their needs.
Anything interesting/exciting/different about the job?
Each site so far has been a renovation of an existing building, meaning each system had to be specifically designed to work within the existing infrastructure. We love coming up with simple and effective solutions to meet the diverse venues in the Varsity Bar portfolio!
